Q: Are your candles natural?
A: Yes! Our candles are 100% au naturale, hand-poured beeswax candles.
Q: How long will it take to make my candle?
A: Each candle is made to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for your candle to ship.
Q: What size are your small, medium, and x-large candles?
A: The small candles are about 4” tall. The medium candles are about 6” tall. The extra large candles are about 8” tall.
Our heaviest candle (X-large Eve +) weighs 2.1 pounds. X-large Eve weighs 1.5 pounds. X-large Adam weighs apx 1.5 pounds. The medium candles are approximately 300 grams and weigh around 0.5 pound. The small candles are approximately 100-200 grams and weigh around 10 oz.
Q: Why is the color of my candle look different from what I see on the website?
A: To obtain each color, we carefully crafted and created a precise mixture of colors to try and perfect each shade. However, slight variations in color can occur when trying to replicate the original recipe. Candle-making is an art and each batch is truly unique!
Q: Do you add scents to candles without a wick?
A: No. Because the wick-less candle will not be burned, scents are not added.
Q: The nude candles look translucent, can I get a white beeswax candle?
A: Unfortunately the white color cannot be obtained with 100% pure beeswax. If you desire a pure white candles, these will be a special order made with 100% soy wax.
